-

You would'n stop bending over in the parking lot if you saw it was only a Ten Dollar bill would you?
If you say yes, DUDE! You have issues!

I just got spammed a PM to take this survey.
http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr...66-survey-on-engine-components-20-reward.htmlAdmin Thanks this. -
Sorry to hear that, one of the moderators alerted me to the issue and they have been banned from the forum. Please PM me if you receive private message spam, I like to remove the spammers as fast as possible.
Boston Consulting Group normally has a good reputation, and they've clearly fallen a long way if they're resorting to spamming forums. -
I wouldn't say they are spammers.... just trying to do their job.
I took the survey... -
The difference is asking in a forum to take the survey, and shooting an unwanted PM into your inbox asking you to take the survey.
Which is totally against the rules. -
Originally, EngineComponentSurvey (an employee of Boston Consulting Group) posted just this thread, which was fine. Then, he posted the same information to 5 other threads that were completely unrelated and off-topic, which is not ok. Following that, he began sending unsolicited private messages to 20+ users, and would have continued to bother more except for the speedbumps on the private message system that slow down this sort of abuse.
Maybe he's just doing his job, but if his job is to spam, that doesn't make it ok.Wiseguywireless and GuysLady Thank this. -
He should have cleared with you... I agree. But now i don't get my iTunes gift certificate... can I sue???
