We have both been driving trucks since the mid 1980's,and have been driving as a husband and wife team since 1995. We have a good safety record and only one ticket between us (4mph over the speed limit). We deliver our freight on time, are clean cut and courteous to customers.
12 years ago we made a very bad decision in our lives that resulted in both of us receiving felony drug charges and being incarcerated for three years. This had nothing to do with trucking, we were unemployed at the time. Upon our release we were rehired by the same company that we worked for before our incarceration, we went to work for them after our arrest. We were employed by that company for 5+ years when we made the chance to a smaller company that has gone out of business we were there 2+ years.
We are looking for a company that will give us a chance to prove that we can be an asset, and not just judge us by a devastating life changing decision we made years ago.
