ok guys and gals i graduate in two weeks and ive narrowed it down between two companies to work for. Builders transport and PGT trucking.pgt pays25% and builders pays .35cpm for students to start.both averge 2000-2500 miles per week and home most week ends. they both seem like good companys to work for,but im a little scared of the %pay system with the economy like it is.if it takes another big dip the fright pay will drop and you wont make muck money on the %pay scale. any advise?? anyone know anything about anyone of these companyies? all advise will be app.thanks
builders transport vs. PGT trucking

I would rather have % pay than mileage. If the economy takes another crap your miles will also go down. It will probably average out in the end.
I was leased on with PGT years ago. The company drivers I knew where happy for the most part. -
PGT is a ok place builders not so much PGT will be the better of the 2

Builders has worn out trucks, lots of sitting and waiting on loads, very high driver turnover rate.miles my best week 2400 avg.1800. people in shop are some of the rudest people you can ever meet.
