ITs all a bunch of goverment bs and the ones saying to run legal and no worries YEA RIGHT.
ITs just another way to stick it to us .For me I do not care if they put me out of the truck ill sit on my but at the house and let all you pro's send me welfare or disability since I cant drive any longer.
This is all to get rid of the older guys in my eyes and put in the new tards that will act like pigs in a pin and do everything they are told and be happy making pennies.
Dont mean to be blunt but this hole 2010 is bs and everyone knows it even the ones with the holy than anyone attitude.
Everyone meets that dot that has had a bad day and gets a ticket if you think u will never get one just wait your day is coming

I have been reading it. All 97 pages of the #### thing and one min they say it isnt held against the driver then it shows how the point system WILL be given out to you the DRIVER

Do not pay for some insipid service to educate you, do not get your information from some "insider" on a public message board. The people tasked with this program have given you the access to do your own homework use it. -
No what they said is there will be no audit of individual drivers unless as a result of a carrier intervention.

FMCSA does not address drivers the same way it addresses carriers today, nor will it under CSA 2010. While carriers are prioritized for intervention based on the Safety Measurement System (SMS), drivers are only investigated during a carrier investigation. Therefore, no Intervention Thresholds are in place for drivers. - How does the process of investigating drivers work?
In the Operational Model Test (Op-Model Test), Safety Investigators (SIs) looked at driver history when investigating a carrier; specifically, they were looking for egregious violations of FMCSAs safety regulations by drivers. These violations were sometimes referred to as Red Flag Violations.
Now yes they will keep track of your violations and post them on the PSP, but they will not be auditing individual drivers. - What are the intervention thresholds for drivers?

the goverment is making us do what we should have been doing all along.
the drivers that dont like it are usually the ones that run illegal and run
around with missing lights, flat tires, speeding,etc.. can you drivers not
realize that when you act like a professional you will be treated like one.
this is going to cause these cracker jack companies to pay there drivers
what there worth.. trust me when i tell you when you do what you are
supossed to do you can go work whereever you want. im living proof
i make good money sleep in a hotel evernight instead of a truck i am home3 days a week amke very good money..like i said start acting like

CSA 2010 is simply another way to control the population of the US.
Have you seen the recent transportation legislation introduced by Frank Lautenberg and his two Commie sisters from Washington State? Their aim is for the feds to control every freight movement in the United States all with the intention of cutting down on CO2 emissions... eventually every freight movement would be co-ordinated by the government to minimize a trucks movements...
Carl Marx wrote that in order to gain control of a people you must have them rally around one battle cry ... there is no doubt in my mind that that battle cry is the fabricated myth of man made global warming...
They ARE coming for our freedoms folks... and it's sooner not later. -

YEa some do not get it why should we all be forced to put up with bs? because some think there better then everyone else.I am just as good as you and id put money on it any day of the week.
How about next they tell you where to eat ,what to eat, what clothes to wear how to shower?
Enough of the righteous bs its just another way to screw drivers and the little man maybe you like to work for some big carrier some do not Should they be forced todo whatever your doing? maybe you like being in a motel and drivin x amount of hours does everyone? Maybe its good money to you maybe its nothing to someone else.
Ive worked for Great small guys and crappy ones but this is just a bs way to control the drivers get rid of the older drivers and get the new guys that can heard in whichever way they want to because they will do whatever they and the schools tell them.
and to the guy above yea I bet you have never had a flat on a big fleet truck or a light go out when your driving down the road have yea? if not give it time you will get the sting to lets see how your praising it then.
