DFW area O/O's beware....

Trucking Tax Experts based in Grand Prarie is a unethical company. I paid Soloman to incorporate and create my S corp. I found out he never even submitted my S corp paperwork to the IRS. I was allowing him to deduct $150.00 per month from my account in advance for this years taxes and P&L statements that would be given to me quarterly. I never received the P&L statements and when I questioned the S corp situation he promised me he would handle it. After waiting for 2 months and not having one phone call returned I demanded the money I had paid him back and put a stop on his electronic withdraws. He has avoided me completely and failed to return over a $1000 he owes me in over 2 months. Please beware of Soloman Hemani and Trucking Tax Experts of Grand Prarie Texas. He is a smooth talker but in my opinion THIEF and a LIAR.
