When I do not drive for an extended period of time is it legal to just fill out one off duty page with multiple dates on top, or do I need to fill out one page for every day?

However, company policy may dictate the way they want it.kwforage and Texas-Nana Thank this. -
You can log multiple days off on 1 page. If the time off runs to the next month you have to make another page for the dates in that month.
kwforage Thanks this. -
Thanks guys, this will save me alot of paper work.

What is proper as far as the section with the date of the log you write the dates down on? I've been writing down the last day of off duty (ie the day before I start being on duty etc) Like if I start working on Monday I state off duty from say Thursday till Sunday and date that sheet as Sunday even though it is Monday when I'm filling it out.

Also, down in the remarks section, you have to write in what dates you were off...Sept 19,20,21...etc....I never knew this til the Oregon POE in Ashland was kind enough to point it out for me. They even put it in writing so I wouldn't forget...how thoughtful...

Company policy for one.
Ease of finding them in the future for another.
Goes back to the days of one log book for each month. -
Would you believe the company my brother is leased to was audited and they pulled some of my bro's logs. Not finding anything to fine him for, the auditor marked him up for "making notations in the grid section for multiple days off". I guess he should have dropped down in the remarks section.
Chicken fecal matter....
