You sure make some excuses for alot of dumba** moves. To be honest with you I believe you need a job in the yard to spot and move trailers around until you get the hang of it. It's extremely dangerous to turn a driver out on the road that can not drive without hitting something. You're not paying attention or taking the extra steps that's needed to protect the equipment. I don't mean to be blunt but lets face it trucking is not a career for you. How many tickets and accidents have you had before you started driving a truck?

Anyone else notice, excuses or not, that this "driver" did NOTHING? everything is "the truck did it" or "the trailer did it" or "the mudflap did it". You're gonna go far with that attitude.

Personally, I think you are lucky to be alive.

everybody makes a u turn from time to time. You just got to be sure you can do it safely. When you do, watch the rear trailer "swing" so that you don't take out a lite pole or a parked car, and also keep an eye on the tractor fairings. There are times that I wanted to do a you-e but didn't after sizing up the situation. In a big truck you got to look ahead at the situation, size it up, get out and look if need be, then make your move.
