OK so I've read tons of reviews and forum threads on various truck GPS units. From what I've read, it seems like there just is not a truck GPS unit available at a reasonable price that doesn't have all kinds of problems. Have I not done enough research? Is there a reasonably priced truck GPS unit that works well? I get by with VZ Navigator on my cell phone and it has truck settings. Worst case scenario, it may tell me to turn down a street that is either restricted or just doesn't look like an acceptable truck route so I bypass that road and let it recalculate the route. But I would like to stop paying for the VZ Navigator monthly fee on my cell bill and just have a GPS unit that works well. I've also seen where some drivers have tried truck specific units and didn't like them and switched to a standard GPS unit and had no problems. Bottom line I just want a good GPS unit that is reasonably priced. Appreciate the help. Thanks.

Ive been using the pcmiler 430 since they came out. After the update last year , Ive had very little problems with it. It is a truck GPS.
