To those that know southern pride

This is a update, i would like to start off with as some of you know a few months back southerpride had a stroke....I have been in contact by phone with southernpride for a few months now on almost a everyother day routine. Last week i could not get a hold of the man, by phone,e-mail or any other way that i could contact him!!! this was not like him....thru another member on this forum gave me the idea of contacting the local sheriff for a welfare check!....I am greatfull i did..it took me 1 hour to get thru to the right agency in the sheriffs department! but, after i had contacted the right place ...20 minits later at 2pm i had a call from a officer. I exsplaine the situation !!! my hat is off to the law enforcement who took the time repeatedly to go back to souther prides home..At 9 30 at night he was sitting infront of the home pretty much calling it quits...when southern prides wife pulled in the driveway......... It seems souther pride went for his check up at the docs and had a second stroke and was immeditly taken to the hospital..today is sept 29 th as they have found that southerpride will need a triple bypass which will take place on sept 30 thrusday.......i will keep you updated as i find out more as southerpride progress..his wife is in contact with me ...i am glad that his son has flown in from San antonio to help his mom and pop out in this difficult time...............even tho some disagree with southern pride. this man is vast form a knowledge in this buisness..i my self in numorouse conversation have learned alot.......my best wishes go to him and his family and a very big prayer to the man upstairs that all gos well thank you for putting up with my spelling just thought you should know a fellow trucker is in need of support thanks dino

 

As off 7.30 pm tonight i spoke with sp wife ,he gos a 5 am for surgury and will contact me tomorro to let me know how the surgury had gone, she comented that his arterys ar so cloged that it;s depriveing him of major amounts of oxegen....the surgeury will take from 4 -7 hours thank you dino
