how to deal with an abstract blemish!

    I have run into a little snag with my drivers abstract. Didn't realize a 3 year old 24 hour roadside suspension would show up and or be a factor in getting hired. Has anyone out there had to deal with this or any owners have an opinion or experience that they could share. Be it positive or negative I would appreciate any advice.

    Depends what province you are in. I got a 24/hr a couple of years ago in BC on an Ontario license, but it didn't show up on my abstract. I then got a 3 month suspension for failing to blow into a breathalyzer, and charged criminally, by a cop that I fought and knocked out his teeth in a beer league hockey game. Charges were later dropped and that never ended up on my abstract either.
