You asked a simple question and I answered it twice simply.
You seemed to be stuck on the notion that they would not get anything because of no attorney when I had previously said they would.
Ercole will not mention anything concerning the ones he did not represent. It makes him look bad.
I used my example for it since I have been involved in 3 bankrupt companies.

Ercole didn't write the article. Please point me to the "notion" you speak of.
-
Ercole is who was quoted for the article.
You think he is going to shoot himself in the foot and admit that they all got the money, but the ones I represented lost 1/3?
The notiion is that you seem to be stuck on the fact that since they were not mentioned by Ercole, they were out in the cold and did not file claims. -
Your assuming what I meant. Never mind.

Well lets look at the mathematics here:
1,580,000
Lawyer fee $521,400
This leaves 1,058,600
Split 256 ways
$4135.16 each
Justice?
Why I think NOT! -
gotta be honest, as a company driver, I would of been happy with that. The o/o would be screwed on that, but thats not bad for company, better then a hot stick in the eye.
the guys who went weeks or months with no paychecks and kept driving can't blame arrow for that one bit. one check bounces or doesn't get issued, they shoulda walked on the spot. but if anyone was driving who was current on their pay, thats 3 or 4 weeks pay, considering i believe thats tax-free money. i could be wrong on that though.
the guys running arrow were douchebags, no doubt about it. but most bigger companies are. gotta CYA everywhere. -
Wasn't this a Class Action suit? If so, you don't have to go out and hire that law firm. You are included in it just by signing the appropriate documents that WILL be sent to you.

And the owners/management who stole child support payments/lease payments for the trucks are still not in prison why?
