I hear ya about CYA but there is really no way we could be held responsible. We are customers of the tankwash. That would like you being held responsible for a grocery store shelf stock boy falling off a ladder because you went into the store to buy something. Most of the time we aren't even there. We just write up the tank, drop it on the yard, grab an MT and go.

Whats is the difference between X and H endorsment ? I know X is tanker and hazmat combined and H is Hazmat. Is one better than the other or are they the same but X is just H combined with Tanker.
