I can see your problem, you don't pay attention to details...Like others have said and it so clearly states next to each of my posts, I'm a student...

I've been working from home for the last 4 yrs so I'm sitting here from 6am until midnight on most nights working and posting between calls or when I need a break...The economy killed out business(it's mortgage related) so it's on the road for me!

No, we need to get away from each other for a while! :biggrin_25523:

We actually have a small farm and someone needs to be here to care for the animals so that's her solo gig from now on...

SO let me pose the question, why not ticket the driver? Who else is the captain of their ship?

That's what I said earlier basically. How would you as a LEO ticket my dispatcher for a logbook that I falsified? And why shouldn't the driver get a ticket, he/she is the one that lied and broke the rules.

    dieselbear Thanks this.

Exactly, the driver turns the key.

    Not the dispatcher.
    Not the owner.
    Not the safety manager.
    Not the mechanic.

The Driver, or more correctly the operator:biggrin_25525:
