I would like to know if any of the women have had a problem passing the part of the prescreening of carrying the 30lbs. weights and then the 60lbs. weights? My legs and knees are strong, but my upper body needs some fine tuning? Just wondered how Schneider does things there on the pre-screening. Thanks in advance.

I am a man so I can not say what a women would struggle with.

However, there were women in my class. Two of the women had their heart rate exceed allowable limits , the third had went to a school that taught them only how to drive and automatic. I was also told by the person administering the test that the most people fail on the one that is waist to shoulder/head height. HE said maybe it was because it was later in the testing, or because it was repititive, but that was the largest failure rate of all the stations.

Hope this helps, and good luck!

Thank a lot, I was wondering about that one. Seems like Schneider is weeding the garden. Hmmmmm, I will have to do some weight lifting as well. My son will get me some weights and I have a basement to work out in , ha, there is more than one way to till the soil..... :)
