please stay clear of hoosier tradewinds, they say they run their company on christian values, but they are wolfs in sheeps clothing. they tell they are the best in the industry i have been driving 16 years, and they are the worst. all their equipment is junk, passed down from other companies. and they think a 495 mile run is a long run for a weekend. and they let you sit in your truck for 2 days. their driver managers, you have no communication with them what so ever. so just warning all you drivers, stay clear from them please. they only have 110 trucks and they are hiring 10 people a week, so what does that tell you???

I am currently driving for Hoosier Tradewinds and are actively seeking employment elsewhere now. I have been here 2 years. When they hired me they gave me the impression that they are a faith based company. I started as a company driver then went Lease Purchase. Bad mistake. Well, after working there I have found out that they are anything but faith based. They have continuously lied, deceived, and for lack of a better term cheated us out of our hard earned money. Now they have started screening their calls and watch the caller ID to pick which driver to talk to in person or send to voicemail. It has gotten ridiculous! "And get this", they constantly send you Bible verses over the Peoplenet system urging drivers to pray. Well, you had better pray if you want to get miles and get paid what they owe you. I have other Hoosier drivers calling me on my cell phone on a daily basis complaining about the same unfair treatment I have received, some even worst, at the hands of this company. Something should be done about these companies that take advantage of us drivers trying to make an honest living out here. "Drivers" Please!!! stay away from Hoosier Tradewinds Inc.
P.S. Office personnel turnover is incredibly high as well. Different people in there each week. Only a few remain from 2 years ago when I was hired. Go figure?

Again saved by Trucker Report. I won't even call. Forget working for some bible bashers. I am an atheist and proud of it so I just wouldn't fit in.
