    been a while....anyway. want to use my cb in basement office. i got a scanner ant in place already...ant wire runs to basement...im set but i wanna get new ant.:biggrin_25511:

    can i just get a wilson 5000 mag mount and put it up there on a custom plate attached to pipe extended from roof?:biggrin_2556:

    scanner and cb can use wilson 5000? txs all...:biggrin_2558:

    Yep KISS is the A-99's best points it an't the best but works just fine for 99% of the people that buy it ....

    A scanner works best with a wide band antenna like a discone.
