I put on a 463 about a month ago, if you really want quiet use a 465. the 463 has a deeper sound and I get a little resonance at certain rpm's, but, this is in a daycab and the exhaust outlet is less than 5 feet from my head. (single exhaust, right side)
If your concerned about outside noise or jake noise, don't worry the jake is really very quiet with the 463.

you need to check the sound deadening, if the factory stuff is inadequete or not there, add some quality stuff..

and get the exhaust outlets away from your head..

M100465 (2500 cfm ) is more than enough for your M11 and will be much quieter. M100463 ( 3200 cfm ) is overkill..

    AUSSIE DAVE Thanks this.

Thanks everyone for the input. I think I will go with the M100465 and feed the exhaust out of the passenger side only.

Well i finally got some spare cash and bought new mufflers, I ended up getting two Donaldson M100580 which are 2200cfm and are the kenworth rec replacements for my truck, the bonus is that through kenworth i paid $300 for the two (great price here in OZ) Im going to fit them on the weekend and can't wait to see how much they cut the noise down. they are rated as being quieter than the M100465.
