I found this on another thread. Someone needs to kick this guy's azzhat. Just think, we are sharing the road with this screwball.

Notarps, I keep seeing more and more anger from the new, younger guys, directed toward us older people. They are saying we are behind the times, things have changed, and we don't know how to cope with Quallcom and Elogs, and that we should shut up, move over, and go home to make room for the "NEW ENLIGHTENED GENERATION" of driver. I guess the guy above is one of the new breed they are talking about.
Going with cr england

Scariest thing about that video is the guy said he has a kid..probably thinks he knows how to vote too.
-
Now it's two kids. Check out post #28 in the dieselducy thread.

Notarps,
First of all, a lot of what you said could have been directed at me other than someone else since most of it pertains to me, am I right??
Yeah, at first. Because once i got there was when i started hearing aabout all the horror stories from people like that "eccentric" dude in the video posted a few posts up. Thats why I right then and there decided not to lease. But, I didnt ask any questions from people who knew what they were talking about, either so I let it go. Didnt care at that point. Just wanted to drive company.
I was wondering when someone was gonna bring it up someday about the cut-back to X amount of company drivers was part of a "leasing" scheme. But like I said before somebody else brought it up; How do you you know that, that is and was part of their scheme? Companies cut back employees all the time. Its no news. Heck, I figured it was because of the economy. I dont know and unless you have proof, you dont either.
My guess would be that they the seasoned drivers who still work for England probly did what I shoulda done long ago which was give it up on it and stop allowing myself to try to change minds which I may just do. Like I said and i cant stress this enough.... They arent perfect, far from it, but anybody can work there and make money if they read and understand the contract and know what they are getting into before they sign it. These people who have no idea whats expected of them are the ones getting screwed. You still feel it necesary to have remorse for them?? I dont.
Who are you referring to as a recruiter?
But back on the previous note, it would be nice if some of the 5-year or more drivers would come forward but I dont blame them for stayin away from this site because Ive seen it myself. Ive seen other England leasers come in here with more experience than I do and they get treated the same way. So again, can you blame them from sayin they heck with this place, I got better things to do?
And how many of these "seasoned drivers" that you speak of have actually worked for England?
See, your making assumptions and accusations about things that have never happened yet, probly never will. You and so many others are so wrapped up in this automatic hate that you think will happen to me or anybody else strictly by default.
In the case of the ones you refer to, what brought this on if it really did happen in the same fashion that you speak of???
Why would any company want to deliberatly cause so much hell and pain on somebody when they are a business to make money? Without drivers, they cant make money. They need drivers. Yeah, they probly wont kiss a little ### here and there since they are a pretty big company but they are not gonna treat drivers with that kind of disrespect unless some of it is brought on by drivers like the one in that video. I may have only been with the company for almost 2 years, 9 months of that spent leasing, but why act like my 9 months means squat??? From most of what Ive heard, leases dont even last 2 months before drivers get pissed off and leave.
Again, you cant honestly tell me that every lease that went sour was completely and utterly Englands fault. They have a contract. Read it. Understand it. If you dont agree with it, then dont sign it and move on. Dont sign it anyway and do something to get yerself in a bind and come on here and ##### about them.
Soooo, I guess that puts me in my place that you and one other person agree on something against me. Ok.
But what is posting a link to rip-off report sposed to prove? People say a lot of things because of self-pride. You'd be surprised at ho many people would rather blame problems on someone else. Nobody wants to accept responsibility for their own actions. Kinda like how Mcdonalds isnt allowed to make coffee as hot as it once was because they got sued over it.
It may be ###### in a sense, but like I said, if you dive right in not knowing how deep the pool is and you crack yer skull, its more like, ###### the driver, dont ya think?
You are talking about the joker in the vid, right? -
Won't know the depth of the pool till I've got it staring me in the face. On the same token, I'm also not afraid of a little hard work! Not like the guy in the video. I can't beleieve there are actually people out there like that!! No wonder there soooo many complaints. Seems to me like people are looking to this as a get rich quick scheme.
I on the other hand have no expectations of the company. I will go, be focused and do my job!! Hey corn, u a trainer, if so, I hope to get hooked up with ya. U seem normal!!! Lol. -
Nope, not a trainer....
Just out here teamin with my wife...... -
Well hope to see you guys in my travels. Any tips for a noob w/ CRE??
-
Corneilious...
This is not about you, my dear lad...
none of us are making these statements or testimonies because of you...
Your one person, but your not CR England...your one person...and I'm sure your nice and kind...but you don't run that company...you don't set policy there...
So when people hire on, their not going to be working for you...they will be working for CR England...and their dispatchers, and the attitudes that go along with it...
So please don't make this about you, or take it personally when others share their experiences they've had with that company...
I'm sure your a swell guy.... -
i would suggest someone take Swift's CDL mill training over CR England.
