Right now the biggest obstacle in my training is getting used to sleeping while the trainer drives... (cause if I dont, I dont get to sleep)
Try as I may, I am having a hard time sleeping with the truck rolling down the road...
Can anyone give me some advice, hints, tips, ideas, etc???
(Its not the lights or sounds)... its the constant shifting in the cab...
Can Anyone Help me fall asleep while the truck is moving?

Use the harness that is on the lower bunk. Your body will thank you for it! It does take a bit of time to get use to it, but you will be able to sleep eventually. It took me a few days to get use to it. After awhile, I could sleep in the truck no problem, no matter what time of day.

It is too bad that the trainer is using you as a team member, rather than teaching you as a trainer should, but what do I know. I hope if I start driving, my trainer is awake and watching me, teaching me and correcting my mistakes when they occur and not sleeping; at least for the beginning couple of weeks until my confidence would be higher.
