Swift Transportation Company, Inc. - Phoenix, Az.?

That caution is actually not a bad idea considering the number of 4 wheelers and other stupid people that do tend to get in our way and in areas that we really can not see all that well.

I hate to admit it, but that is probably one of the few smart things that Swift has ever done and that is comming from someone that hates Swift with a passion.

I will say one thing... If it seems like you are about to be fired make sure you have a ride home cause they will route you to the farthest terminal away from where you live just to tell you to find your way home..no lie... I have seen this happen several times... It wont happen to me if it comes down to that believe that...

 

If it seems like they are about to fire you, how about figuring out why and get your act together? I have yet to see Swift fire anyone for no reason. It's pretty simple, really. Do your job: run the loads you are sent, turn in your paperwork, keep a clean log book and don't swap paint. Oh, yeah...and don't have lot lizards in the truck. Some people just have such a rough time with these concepts. If you are one of the people who don't get it, turn your keys in on your next home time. I, for one, won't miss you dragging my team down.

I currently work for swift and would not recommend them to my enemies, If you value your dignity stay away from swift.

 

Mr. Rowe, if it's that bad, go work for Werner. I'm sure they'd be happy to have you.

 

I do value my dignity and Swift has done nothing to diminish it. I'm a 56 year old new driver and I've been around the block in this old world. If a person can't hack working for Swift....Swift isn't the problem. There's a lot of folks out there who are looking for a candy store....trucking ain't it! BUT, trucking is, in my humble opinion, a dignified way to earn a living.

Swift isn't perfect but they do 2 very important things for me in a very perfect way. 1) They keep me busy, and 2) my check is safely in the bank, without fail, every Tuesday.

 

I currently work for swift and your right this guy does not sound like a driver to me, wow 89 cpm. swift really really sucks, in my mind im allready waving good by

 

Fortunatly I have more options, I was stating my earned opinion of swift.
