    This is true, on the exterior. The Century Class has round headlights with marker lights/turn signals on either side of it, whereas the Columbia has the "tear drop" molded headlight assembly. On the interior of the latest models of these trucks, the only difference is the speedo/tach/water temp/oil press/fuel/air/volts/oil press./odometer gauge cluster.

    I just realized, there are also subtle differences in the mirrors too.
