Hello, I'm a semi- experianced driver looking for employment. I have roughly 13 months otr at central refridgerated services. I completed my obligation to them, was offered a job at anderson trucking and after turning my truck over.. Was told I was hired before my dac accident record came back.
On my 5th month as a otr drive, I had a side swipe in kentucky on the purchase parkway.. My passanger side step made contact with a broken gaurd rail and it severly messed up my side step and the fiberglass around it.. No injuries and no dot or police.
Other than that I have a very clean mvr, a up-to date med and long form expiring in 2012 and a will to work.. I have very basic knowlage of load securement and tarping for flatbeds and all 13 months were spent in a freezerbox. I'm 23 about to be 24.
Truckings in my blood but I'm trying to shy away from large companies as I would like to find a company like my dad works at.. Real small, the boss actually knows you without a truck number first and they treat you as a human.. Or semi-human would work for me.
