i worked for them back in 95 thru 97
they are a good company, they treat there drivers right and keep you moving, when i worked there i was paid .26 mile and got .06 of that up front after i got loaded for all miles, so i was never out of money,
if you decide get ahold of john tibbs he was my truck manager then
they want you to take the truck home with you,
they haul a lot of alcoa alum sheets, thats there bread and butter
    good luck

i dont know if this will help or not but i worked for them from nov 04 to may05. pay was .31 cpm, was out about 3 weeks at a time but im in the reserves and hafta be home once a month for drill. my truck boss was rob and time out is dependant on the drivers requests. you'll hual moly outta butte to langloth pa half often, otherwise its alot of lumber, steel and aluminium. i never hualed a coil or aluminium in my time there but alot of lumber and moly. the staff there are easy to work with, get you reloaded as soon as possible, get you a routin and an advance on your pay if you need. maintence was good as everytime you go to the main office your truck goes thru the shop. the trucks are t800 lightwieght fleet trucks but nice, i hear they even upgraded the trucks to 60" aerocab flat-tops, if i dont get my own truck soon ill prolbaly go back to them. thanks fer listening.

I just hired on there as an owner op, was told very little oversize, no canada and no hazmat. Pay will depend on experiance...Id make .33 to .34 amile now . I enjoyed workin for them, and im sure ill enjoy working for them as an o/o. If you call thier 800 # in the early afternoon and talk to paula, one of the dispatchers...she'll give you strait answers. she dont BS, at least she never has me. They are are a pretty good outfit all in all, I'm sure theres some bs, just remind yer truck boss of the date you want home and you should avoid any problems...and be prepared to run yer hiney off...you dont make any money for ANYONE if you only run 400 miles a day. tarping can be a pain, but once you figure it out its not to bad...side kits are easy and all the trucks should be strait 10's with a smaller cat or cummins. your pay during training will suck but that shouldn't last more than 6 weeks. They have a pretty good rep with the dot so you'll get pulled in very rarely. other than that you can pretty much bet youll rarely see the montana side of the missouri river as most of thier good paying frieght is back east. Ill get ahold of an o/o buddy of mine( he used to be a trainer there) and have him get on here, he can elaboate more for ya

I like them because they say drivers are not just a truck number they are a person that will be greeted by name. they told me aprox 100 company drivers did not know exact number of o/o told the training pay only 325.00 per week for six weeks.

do they actually give you aprox 10k per month in miles. Patsy ross told me not to worry about making that many right out of training but I would get there. I
told her I love driving and seeing some sights along they way she said all you are going to see is the open highway.
I told her that I have pulled a trailer with my dually from greeley co to ks mo then back to topeka ks before i got rest.
She said yeah little different driving the semi as you have to do it legally and it is bigger. I said that i understand just trying to explain that i am use to long hours of driving. That was not my only long trip just the only one with pulling a trailer that was heavy i had six honda shadow ie harley look alikes in crates the truck and trailer combinded probaly was about 25 thousand lbs the truck also had a wrecker unit in it too.

Pat Ross is my recruiter too. I also have been pre-hired (which in reality means nothing) and will be headed there some time in July after shcool.

I have been communicating with Pat for several months now and even though she's a recruiter ;) she's one hell of a straight forward and nice lady. Really look forward to meeting her in person.
