i do the math and then i check it off what the truck dash is telling me, and compare it to what the QC is telling me. Normally they are both within a tenth of a mpg.

There's a wiring harness recall on the 11's because of the problem I have with mine. I just found about this recall a few days ago. Might go talk to the shop about it today.

Oooh...I wanted to add: Swift is getting Cascadias in and putting them out in the fleet. If anyone gets one of these, watch out with that hood. You can't just push it open and let it fall against the hinge. That hinge is very weak and it's only glued onto the hood, not bolted. Just help it open and when you close it, let it close itself. There's a hydraulic shock absorber that lowers the hood slowly.

They're good looking trucks, but I'm not sure if they've ironed all the problems out of them yet. They have DD15 power plants in them.

they already have 4 of them in circulation. Spoke to a guy months ago in Gary terminal, who has one and runs mostly in Canada.

I saw my first one when I came into Phoenix the other night. Apparently, they have taken delivery of a bunch more. It appears they are being issued to mentors. I have no idea why. Having lived in one, they would make for crappy mentor trucks. Not very good on storage space.

As long as they don't have the rack and pinion in them. That was constant source of issues on the one my son and I were running.

then in a year, they'll downgrade (or upgrade, depends on how u look at it) out of them like they did with the Internationals. The Int'ls were to be 'mentor only' or 'team' trucks, but i've seen plenty of solo drivers in them. Why? Because after while, Swift has to take the mentor/teams out of them because they're running the warranty off them so fast. not hard to run a brand new truck into 250k mi the first year. And that could be 2/3rd the warranty right there.....
