Ok, as I said. I should be shutting down around 1700. I plan to head out of here at 0530, and I have a fuel stop in SC, but that is all that should be holding me up. I just give myself some extra time for breaks.
Especially when it is not a rush load and I have nothing to do but drive tomorrow.
It is rare that I have driving only days with this company, so when I get one I savor it.
Of course all of this is subject to change if someone in either the VA or GA terminal see me driving by and want to steal my load.
It happens at times when I get that far from my region.
That is my main reason to get up early and get rolling. So they do not notice me.

Don't know if I'll make Denver tomorrow but will be within striking distance for sure. Slept late last night and hit St Louis this morning at rush hr. Went pretty good once I got off of I 64 and onto 70. Did eat up my time tho. Was going to redo my logs to show that I breezed thru there, but heck, gonna do a rest anyway and the 15 minutes just weren't that important. Am at Oak Grove, MO now and plan to sleep late again.

 

Well, tried to call but all I had was a house number. So no luck.
Made it to I-75 exit 109 at the peelot. Maybe I can catch him tomorrow. I have to pick up in the afternoon and head to SC.

We run California, Idaho, Oregon and Washington with the odd load to Utah, I try to keep it updated where we are but yea im a slacker lol. Oh home right now until Saturday.

i noticed godfrey trucking has a sign out with starting pay at .40.

couldn't make out the number for o/o pay but it was over 1.00

couldn't say any details. it was just a sign out in there yard.

 

Passed one of there Trucks today, on the way back from Portland.
