ok im a total noob havent even got into school yet but why dont you shift going down hill? you cant drop it into a lower gear to let the engine slow you down? say like 9th to 7th or 6th

how bout the jake break? how common is it for driver to not have brakes going down steep grade? we talking every other week? better chance of getting struck by lightning?

I suppose there MAY be scenarios it'd work for. 15mph is slow enough, but try and remember: You're likely going to be moving at a good speed, AND you'll be falling 4 or 5 feet on top of THAT. People are hurt just falling out of a stationary truck....... Then again, if you KNOW you're gonna die, why not try it? Might as well die trying.

why dont they just add syncro's to the trucks transmissions instead of having to float or double clutch itd work the same as a car's tranny is it a cost issue or is it they just dont have the technology to do it to 9-18 gears

Didnt the rubber duck jump to safety? Seem to remember him having only an arm cast on after the explosion.
