Tanker truck causes major accident on Interstate 35

I was north bound at exit 305 just minutes behind this accident, got off 305 and wove my way through town north to an exit just north of the accident. Boy did I get lucky on this one, the traffic was backed up for miles and miles and the police didn't even route traffic around this mess.

 

Ok, it was an oil rig type unit. Was wondering who it was.

 

Wasn't there a dairy truck that flipped in that same general area recently?

 

Can't say cept to tell you all the 35 corridor sucks big time. That was my old stomping ground for awhile. Had several customers along the corridor all the way up to the line.

Traffic is heavy most of the time....this particular area is under construction and them idiot 4 wheelers swap lanes like a NASCAR wannabe. They will drop the anchor in a New York minute and cut you off to boot. It is all about them and their little world.

I have smoked many a tire along 35. You can do Smith System all day long but you give them a gap and they will fill it. Give them a turn signal and they move to block.

 

yeah it was a oak farms dairy truck that rolled over a few days before and a few days before that on the city roads of temple not the interstate a motorcycle got mad at a us xpress truck and brake checked him and well the bike rider learned a painful lesson luckly he wasnt killed. temple is dangerous a bunch of stupid drivers there i hate to tell people i live there.
