Werner The Place for teams

My bf got a bonus similar to that right after he became a trainer but it was also right after his one year mark and he thought he got it for not taking any extra vacation besides his 2 day hometime due every 2 weeks.

 

werner sucks.....my husband works for them now as solo he was waiting on me to finish school. they ####ted on him big time his truck spent more time in the shop then on the road. i was going to nmeet up with him we were going to team. he use to work for them 8 years ago. he was happy then he came back and got the shaft now they want to know when i'm coming out. well if they treated him better a veteran driver then i would have no problem going. his highest check was 625 his lowest was 23.00 do the math....you cant pay bills on 23.00.

 

My bf works for Werner as well - sucks for some, not all. We've had our probs with them but he's also had an understanding dispatcher and plenty of home time and has been available for appts like weddings, holidays etc. There's good and bad in every company. We've also heard horror stories from other drivers of other companies which makes us wary to switch. There's a risk of going from bad to worse and since Werner has been O.K. we've stayed.
I have heard that Werner has gone downhill but we weren't with them 8 years ago.

MontanaTeamDriven, did you drive for Werner? If not, then who? I am doing everything in my power to find out who the best company is to Husband/Wife team for....

 

I am in the middle of my training with Werner and planing on going team with my friend when I am done. Werner said they will pay us .23 cpm. That is to be then split between us. We do not plan on staying long at those rates. We are both new drivers, but as soon as we get our experience, we will be moving on.

 

try crst, i have some friends that say crst is the place if you want to team.
ihave never worked for them.

 

WOW. .23 split??? Thats Crazy Thats less than 72.00 each for a 1200 mile day. I wish you luck my friend.

 

Am finished training and plan on finding new job as soon as I am home. Werner sucks. Absolutely no respect for drivers and no integrity at all. Everything I was promised has turned out false. literaly everything.
