I was termed at Prime for 1 NON-Preventable Non-Dot Recordable accident and for the last 2 years has been a pain to find anyone to hire me. I applied at deboer as a last resort just to get 3 months to come home and go to ozark motor lines as they are 5 minutes from my house and it seems deboer is the only one to get me approved to start training in december.
Gotta say here you guys say what ya want but for a company to give someone a second chance its pretty incredible.
Like stated I plan only to get my 90 days in and head over to ozark and be home on the weekends.
Well there is hope!!!!
