now for my pissing match w/stevens.good thing nobody was in recruiting to take my phone call on my school loan that was supposed to be paid monthly by stevens.check this out.am trying to buy a home.go online to check my scores today at free credit score.com.low and behold i have an alert on there.what could that be,i pay all my bills on time.quess what, our father fails to pay the last $22.96 on my loan, and i have a past due negative on my experian score of 30 or more days past due,and yes its my responsibility to track this, and i'd love to if i was at home to check my mail.bottom line,my experian score falls 67 points to below the minimum to purchase a loan, not to mention you cant have any negatives on your score for at least 6 months to qualify for a loan, not a happy camper right now.good thing i have 2 days to calm down before i make that call to stevens, probably would have gotten my self fired today if somebody had been there.oh well dld is at 0200 have to sleep sometime.

What is that, take the good with the bad?:biggrin_2555::biggrin_25523:

Pissed would be putting it lightly for me in you shoes Kirk. Wonder what their answer will be?

Been in Dodge a lot longer Kirk than I ever am...I am lucky to fit a 10 hour break in before my DLD every time I go there.

Emuslfied, I would like to here what they find wrong with your truck... Cummins replace my injector, and I have had no problems since.

Well, I'm in the yard tonight. Sat all day today waiting for my 1815 delivery. Tried to start the truck, it wouldn't start. Batteries are kaput. I've been having to jump it several times a week these last two weeks. Been running the APU all day, but they just won't take a charge.
Finally got it started, but repowered the load. Hate to be at Walmart and not able to start.
When they went over the truck in the Safety lane, they came up with all kinds of stuff that needs to be done. There's a hub on the engine that is bad. That is the source of my air pressure leak.
Fortunately the truck smoked like a chimney in the bay, so they know I'm not kidding.
Have a list a full page long to get done, so tomorrow morning, I'll get started.
Can't believe all the space where trailers use to be. Empty.
    However, there are trucks everywhere!
There are more than 30 trucks parked out in the middle of the tarmac next to the driver's lounge...right where they don't belong. I asked someone what gives? did we change the policy?
He said, "no...those guys will be in for a rude awakening starting about 4am.
I don't know where they'll put them...unless they put them where trailers use to be.
I'll let everyone know what gets done about the smoke and the shudder.

lol pissed is kinda putting it mildly and emulsified i hope your right,i know somehow this will be my fault that our father failed to pay my loan as agreed upon.ill let you guys know what there answer to this is.four yrs. of tracking that score and doing everything right and two weeks before im to purchase a home,my families hopes and dreams are wadded up,spit in my face and flushed down the toilet, all over twenty two dollars and ninety six cents.cant you feel the warmth and joy emanating from me towards stevens transport at this moment.a weaker man this might destroy,i know my wife and kids are devastated, and it has affected me also, bad things happen to good people all the time, ive been crapped on so long now ive almost come to expect it.this will make me stronger.

emulsified i just bhope my score is back up to where it needs to be in order to close on a home.this is unbelievable.i should have known better than to trust stevens.im a fairly intelligent man,and i know better.i get so wrapped up in what im doing out here i forget about other things at times.and also im a little to trusting in believing everybody is gonna do what they are supposed to do when in fact so many times they do not.i know better, this is partially my fault for putting my loan in somebody elses hands and not tracking them closer than i did.but i had no reason to believe that this was not gonna get taken care of.every other month had been fine up til this point.whats that saying, lifes a beach, live and learn.

Trust but verify, live and learn. Hang in there Kirk, you will work your way through, just don't drive your truck through the gate at Stevens without stopping first :biggrin_2556:

Rub Rub a dub.... rinse and repeat...

Made my delivery this morning in Hooksett NH, a lovely place, 9 am appt, finally bump the dock at 1 pm. Another stevens trainer had been there since midnight, for a 1 am appt, and he left around 11 am, late for there drop in Boston. 1:30 I am empty, and have a preplan to pick up in lodenderry a quick 9 miles away... I should have looked at the assignment a little closer, pick up at 1 pm on the 9th, NOT today. Boy I felt stupid when I tried to check in for my load, now I have a day to kill, and then run like hell to make the two drops of yogurt. Lousy scheduling again.

this morning was snow and sleet and rain, winter has struck.

well im at of hrs.,sitting here waiting for an owner/op to get m/t and come and repower this load.and yes tlea there still is plenty of time left on the load,or should i say miles.plus he doesnt have to sit at a dock,or lose any miles because he is m/t.heck maybe they will send me down to wellston to pick up a load.right now i dont care, this credit thing is hard to get out of my mind.oh well its been a good week, after i dropped my student off,for the last week i ran3150 miles solo, thats a pretty good week.it wont hurt me to sit here a little while and relax.told my d/m after this fiasco to route me to the yard,i need time off to huddle w/my peeps. peace out,two hands and keep it betwwen the lines.
