Need Help With Cobra NHST 29

i have a 29 NHST SoundTracker with the following mods; swig kit (25 watt swing) turbo echo, and talk back. she is topped off with a Road King 56 and a MAG mount wilson 1000

the issue im having is when i key up there is a BLURP noise. think of it as a reverse roger beep. The feedback i get from other drivers is it puts out stong as hell, but the audio is a little low. i also have bad engine noise when driving

now using the same power source, mic, and antenna on a non modded (except peak and tune) 29 ltd classic i get none of the above issues.

any ideas? thanks in advance

 

its not exactly a thump tho lol kinda hard to explain. think chirp mix with blurp.
