My Werner Nightmare. Stay away from them!!

Werner only pays a driver 20 dollars per day when there broke down. It would cost them much more to pay people to fix the trucks properly. When I started with them they paid 100 dollars then 50 dollars. I asked my fleet Manager how can I live on only 20 dollars a day. At least he did not try and lie about it he said its Werner policy sorry

 

i have friends working for other places and like werner, if you look you will find problems. the thing is do they have enough things right for you?
just keep in mind, where ever you go, you really need to stay there for a year. then move on down the road if you want.
Dallas has a lot of new trucks out front, they are for show and the people in charge there are.....not nice people. Phoenix has little to no trucks and the ones they have are....really used. however, the people here that are in charge are actually nice. you can ask them questions and they do not look down on you. must be the air.
