But for food this is what I have done so far:

For the most part I only eat once a day, when I shut down for the night. I buy a drink in the morning and maybe somthing to snack on if im REALLY hungry. So drink plus whatever fast food the T/S has is about $10/ day plus I buy a few other snacks and whatever throughout the week so I'd say I'm spending $90/week on food!!!!!!

Now keep in mind I'm 112lbs and only 21 years old so I can afford to eat all this unhealthy crap for a few weeks and not die of a heart attack.

I just had my inverter put in a few weeks ago and baught a HUGE fridge for my truck, its a 2 door fridge/freezer!



Now once I get a microwave up in this B***h I'll be all set, I would like to get it down to like $50/week or so.


Oh and I DONT take advances either I came out here with $2000 in the bank hehe

i wouldnt take out more than 1/4 of your check. eating out is expensive so i only eat twice a day. works good for me.

 

Trucking is always about money management. That's what gets alot of folks in trouble, especially in the first months. It's a temptation to overequip right away but you won't have much cash on hand for the first month or so.

You're gonna be surprised how fast that cab can fill up with stuff that will have you scratching your head about "why the heck did I bring this?"
