I have a PC 78 XL. I've had it for about 10 years now. It's a great radio. I once had it hooked up to a firestick and it would really get out there. I still have and use it everyday. I would buy another one.

 

Yes the PC 78 will work very well with your 203 and antenna set-up. The PC-78's are some of the best CB radios ever made.
