    ahah I was thinking the same thing. Maybe the are counting private docks and yards as spaces too?

    Might have to do with being one of the most heavily traveled North/South corridors in the entire US. They may also notice a lot of trucks parked along the TN and WV state lines due to Virginia's absurd ramp parking law.

    I'm well versed in the no-parking-on-the-ramp law Virginia strictly enforces. I was ticketed twice. Once after pulling off to check an air leak that the Trooper wanted to hear nothing about and he was behind me after less than a minute displaying his strobes.
