I'd like to suggest that since you don't like that poster that you simply put her on ignore. Then you won't be offended. It works, really it does!

 

I don't care what company people work for I have seen idiots from all companies. And I think the problem with weekend/night dispatch is at all companies. I believe they just hire people to try to keep the ball semi rolling though the night till your real dm gets back in the morning. But I guess am lucky I have an amazing dm that preassigned loads for thought out the weekends so that they just have to throw next load me when I go i am empty NEXT

Since this individual is of no further interest to me and yet insists on addressing a non issue, I guess he has to be only the second person on my permanent ignore list.

Oh, yes, of course, I'll lose sleep. I'm just such a sensitive soul that when someone even mildly disagrees with me, why, I just cry for days on end.

It hurts my feelings so much when anyone points out my three years of experience, indicating this number alone is what determines whether I have any knowledge at all that I fall into a depression so deep I need Electric Shock Therapy to get out of it.

And when someone makes wild assumptions about me (like I'm a guy) well, I just get so blue I start looking for bridge abutments to drive into.

But then someone else points out the fact I work for a company that *gasp* governs its trucks and even worse, neuters trucks leased to it, I realize that bridge abutment idea won't work.

So, I consider the use of a firearm. And then I get reminded how stoopid I am because of that great big word on the side of the wagon I'm hauling that I'd probably put the butt in my mouth or forget to load the darn thing....well, I just resign myself to living and returning time after time to these forums.











Or not. I enjoy nearly everyone here, including those who disagree with me and call me out on my BS. I love a challenge.

 

LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!! but in all seriousness. what company with over 15000 drivers aint gonna have problems but i mean i guess to hear what most people say on here swift is the worst of them all. i mean who knows all i know is. You cant criticize one company due to a bad couple drivers if that was the case...then no company is worth a ####. but i guess we shall find out soon enough i start my adventure on the 29th with them

just wanted to say that i just finished my training at the Kansas city terminal after two weeks in millington. the millington instructors were incredibly helpful and excellent trainers. the driving instructor at kansas city was fantastic, and all the students in our group passed. got my CDL this morning! im going back to kansas city terminal after thanksgiving for orientation. having spent a week there, the terminal staff seemed organized and all were friendly and willing to help. several of the driver managers came up to us to introduce themselves. ill report back with my experience at orientation.
