just got a letter yesterday... CRST has a class action lawsuit against them from 3 employees.. most of it involves CA wages.. i misplaced it this morning, but just wanted to post it. so, i just have to find it, or get the address somewhere online and mail it back.. should get about $1000 out of it in 6 months to a year.. pretty funny.. they abused paying all of us for way too long...

Can you give us a link re: the class action lawsuit ?

i currently work for them and am very happy with them. my pay is always spot on and on time. my miles are always correct. im averaging about 4-5000 miles a week so far. it seems to me that most of the time when a person has a problem with a company is its the persons fault and they want someone else to blame.
like everyone has said- what is the REAL story? whats the rest of the story we arent hearing? why would crst send you to florida to get a cdl when they do most of the stuff in cedar rapids? i was in calss with people from florida texas washington ohio north carolina i mean u name it they were there.
your story doesn't make sense to me at all. -
Yeah right. -

He did not specify.
I don't care about bottom-feeder companies like CRST. -
Darlin I did read your post. If you had read the other posts on here you would have already concluded it was not a solo company. And as far as bottom-feeder...I am far from bottom-feeder...I am not a newbie. And still chose to stay. At pretty good paychecks.

I just popped in this thread to see if I could find out anything about CRST. I got an e-mail today that they were interested in my application and want me to attend an orientation. I am still enrolled in a CDL training course in Arkansas and I am schedule to graduate around Christmas, so I have been putting applications out there so that I want be waiting to long to start with a company after I am done.
So if anyone has any valuable information about CRST I would really appreciate it. Anything concerning how they treat drivers,Hometime, pay and benefits. I can't find anything on their website. I was also interested in the 20/10 schedule, if anything has information on what type of pay I could expect to make on that schedule.Last edited: Nov 20, 2010
