I heard that guy a couple of weeks ago, in West Virginia I think-he does have a very good sounding radio.

 

I've heard him about every afternoon for a couple or three weeks in SC and western NC. Along with half of Mexico LOL.

(he can't actually make a radio perform that way)

 

As toll service on the phones has gotten so inexpensive, just listen for his number (or look it up) and start calling him/her/it a few times an hour, especially when the ad is running, and put your phone up to the CB's speaker. Maybe after a few dozen calls they'll get the hint.
Remember to hit *67 before you dial so it'll block your phone number
