Starting Pay

eek! i started at .26 per mile in january, 2004 after graduating from the W/S school. i owed $1500 for the school fees and that was paid off by $50/week payments until the balance was paid off. gotta love a no-interest loan...

it seems a lot of the people i knew in the missoula office have moved on or retired. kinda sad as W/S is the best company i have ever worked for and the people are the major reason for that.

 

The best pay and best company don't always go together, I opted for the best company, WS!!!!!!!!!

 

money aint everything, i value my sanity more. and its doing pretty well over here. that said i am satisfied with what im making as well.

 

I agree, especially with your First OTR job, theres allot more that a person should be looking at then just the money.
