WOW! Law suite! That's what I would do. However I live in Canada and we can't.

 

I am sure we have not heard the end of this one.......

 

I have a question how long did he wait around? did he even show up, or refuse it before hand? We have alll done plenty of UA's and know the process. Just becouse he cannot piss right then does not mean he is disqualified. All he had todo is sit around and drink enough water till shyness be ###### he had to piss.

I see either two things happened here. He either said he was not going to piss in public so never went to the doctors. Or he did go, but could not take a piss so he left. In either case thats a failure to take a UA, which is a fireable action.

 

maybe Michigan is just trying really hard to get rid of government employees, that there aren't any wage earning taxpayers left to support!

 

Shy Bladder LOL, come on if I was a pot smoking hippie avoiding a drug test I would claim shy bladder too...

Unfortunately they will sue and win, and we will continue to wonder why our country is so ###### up.

 

Anyone with a brain would not flush 16 years of career down the drain because they couldn't urinate....oh wait. Ya gotta be able to piss before flushing -anything-. Wakka wakka wakka!
