Oh, man, I almost cried I was laughing so hard! Poor PA State Troopers, I've got to give them credit though, they've always been decent to me and let me out of a quite a few tickets (turned the lights on and came on CB and said "slow it down NOW!"), LOL. Pass a donut, please.

 

thats why you call dunkin donuts instead of 911. much faster response.............

 

They didnt write you a ticket because they dont know how to write. They probably dont even give them pens. They'd probably eat them.
