Was this posted somwhere else? thought I read it before. Also I am seeing this turn into a he said, he said thing. If your company is trying to get you to break the law and its somthing you dont want todo get it in writing. have them qual com it over to you.

Your either going to have proof that they are telling you todo illigal stuff, or they are going to realize that they cannot make you do illigal stuff. I have acualy done this a couple times with my company. For instance they wanted me to go into downtown NYC. I said no, its not legal for me tobe there with my truck. They said we have drivers go there all the time. I said no. And they kept on pressuring me to go in. I finaly said if you satilite me that you want me to break the law and go into this location, and take any responsability should an issue arise, I will go in. Of course they would never send an incriminating msg like that, So they stoped bothering me to go in there.
