WOW! it's listed right there on Swift's website!! Who would of thunk it?

Productivity bonus? Time to update that list is at least 4 years old.

if you ask REDD, it'll be like .12 cents a mile......maybe .11 .... i dunno. get him on a good day, and it'll be .14.

no seriously....its who i am....thats my name. =) but seriously, i actually took the time to read your signature line.....you should really take the time to read it yourself. -
Ive worked under a sliding pay scale. It sucks. Why cant a company pay a certain cpm and be done with it. Anything under one hundred mile ought to be hourly pay.
-
The sliding scale worked pretty well for me. After 1 year, I was averaging .38/mile. Of course, my longest (rare) load was only 400 miles...
My normal runs were between 160-270 miles (2100/week). The really bad part was all the load/off load times. Note: not normal, most folks got much longer runs. I was in a special fleet. Insert your "short semi" jokes here. -
swifts sliding scale was alright to me the least a mile i got was .34 and the most i got was .52 a mile, pretty good to me
