Hi . Anybody have any good/bad feedback on Dynamic Transit, Granite City,IL.? This company is starting a Denver yard with regional to Cal/Northwest. I have an ap in the hat and so far have good feedback on
orientation next week, if I make it through all the circus hoops. The president of Dynamic has said to the driver/recruiter, a nice lady and former skateboard driver, that she should line up the needed drivers asap.
So, anyone have the lowdown/high-up on this outfit?

I dont know about the denver yard. i worked for them a year ago and had to quit for personal reasons. i am going back to them in two weeks. they were a great company when i worked there before. great pay plenty of miles and they do what they say. when i got my miles in and called for my raise it was on the next check no problems.equipment is pretty well maintained and i never had any pay problems. i would recommend it

i worked for this company for 6months. worst experience ever. logs must match qualcom. company in trouble with dot had to sign waiver to stay in business. pay 150dollar deductible for inverter in the truck. pay 50 deposit for electronic gate pass. limited fuel stops. cannot fuel before pickup on certain loads.there a 9-5 dispatch only .you unload after 4pm sorry bout your luck talk to ya in the morning. the shop takes forever to do maintenance. i had a trailer light out took 10hrs to fix.apu wouldnt start that took 18hrs to fix. the shop is a joke. u break down after shop hrs your stuck till morning. no preplaning. they look for aload when u put in a empty call if dispatch still there. took me 2.5months to log 10,000miles. in the 6months i only made barely 13,500gross. plan on getting food stamps you will need them.great equipment gotta say that.other than that there a 2 on the scale of 10.

123456, what experience or data did you use to make the above statement? The above link shows their safety record. Well below national average on safety stats, although one web page doesn't show the whole picture.

I did call the company after hours to see if any one answered, a few times, and no answer but voice mail. I guess there is no emergency line to contact, especially if there has been a breakdown or accidents. At least no one obvious to the general public or Police/DOT? I called them before your comments!

I worked for dynamic for 2 month, and quit to work local hauling fuel and was owed 3100 miles on last run was paid hourly at $8.00 their answer was you quit thats all you're worth. they divided 3100 mile by 65mph multiplied by $8.00 hr.I'm the second driver it's been done to. watch out, stay away from those thieves.

Well...back when I was still driving and before I bought mine I worked as a company driver for Dynamic Transport out of Granite City, IL. I sure had nothing to complain about there. I pulled a reefer for the first month, then went to a soft side flatbed. I'd load out of Boeing in St. Louis with bomb parts, take it out to Washington and deliver it to the Army base on Indian Island. I'd then usually load a load of lumber....drop it in L. A...hook to another and take it to Louisville, KY. Bounce to the house from there......East Alton, IL. at the time....take a coupe of days off and do it again. Shoot....I was bringing home 7 and 8 hundred a week after advances..and I didn't pinch pennies on the road....I'd spend about 3 hundred a week. It was a good company. This was about 7 years ago or some such.
When they hired me, they gave me a new 379 Pete. The plastic was still on the seats....BRAND NEW! Can't complain about that. 4 1/4 CAt with a 13 speed. The had it governed to 83mph...so had no problems with life in the slow lane. Actually, as long as I can do the speed limit with enough left over for a good pass on occasion, I'm fine. The main thing is to PULL A HILL.
Have a good one.
