OK, I'm a trainer for Werner, listen one bit of advice for you guys coming on board. You will be assigned a trainer and will be living in his/her truck for most of your on road training. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT bring 5 suitcases of stuff. A back pack, and duffle bag with clothing is enough, a sleeping bag, and a pillow. DO NOT STEAL A PILLOW from the HOTEL. you will be charged for it and possibly fired. Listen remember there is only limited space in the trucks, I have left peoples belongings at a terminal before because they thought they were moving in. We do laundry while on the road, so you can wash your cloths while you wash yourself. while I am on the subject of personal hygene,,,If I smell you before I see you, I am leaving your ### at the terminal. You WILL take showers and use deoderant while in my truck. Remember guys/girls, this is the trainers home away from home, you are guest in it, please remember that. Girls I have special training rules for you, First of all in my truck you WILL wear sweats or some other kind of sleeping atire, you WILL get all the privacy and respect that you deserve, but remember it is still my truck.

It really all depends on what your looking to do. Im trying to decide between roehl and werner my self. So far werners coming out on top, for various reasons. most of the complains i heard so far i could deal with for a while if need be. just keep in mind all we're really using these first hires as is experience on a resume. if you dont like it, stick it out long enough for it to look good on your resume, leave on good terms and find a better company.
