And I'd let you! That's what I've been doing HD, practicing in good weather. Our company, fleet and personal policy is to not run but frankly I think that's a cop out for not knowing how to put them on. What if I HAVE to have them? What if in order to get somewhere safe I need them for 15 miles?
I hate the doubles, they're so heavy. So there I am: old, fat and untaught dragging those things along like it's a dead dog.
don't mind me, I'm cranky. I have a "I'm in WY headache". I get one everytime I run up here. It's beautiful but for some reason I get a headache.
*grumbles my way back to the cranky old lady corner*

My husband taught me how to use those #### chains a long time ago. I have "thrown iron" in some of the craziest situations.. I even put chains on a bus one time.

Nana, If you have practiced putting them on you will be fine. I'm glad to see you found the MIA charging cord. I've lost my phone in my truck and e-mailed my wife~please call me so I can find the f^#*# phone.
Texas-Nana and SheepDog Thank this. -
Before I start yapping and forget again: I truly wish you were still mentoring.
Okay: yeah it's the altitude, I'm a flat lander. I get up here and get headaches and nose bleeds. It's funny sometimes to see people glaring at my husband as though he caused the nose bleed.
We can't get unloaded until tonight. The apt is at 3:30am but we're told they'll do it early so I'll be there in line around 9 so I'll be among the first when they start at 11pm.
Then we head to Boise. I'm a bit concerned. I've made my list of "where to stop due to bad weather". -
Texas-Nana Thanks this.

I have people call me so I can find my phone too!
Yes, we "found" the missing cord. After I bought a new one. Interestingly, it was in the shower bag of that other person who teams with me. He use to be my beloved husband but today he's the other person who teams with me.I'm sure he'll be my beloved again by dinner time.
GuysLady Thanks this. -
What do you do when someone is coming the other way? -
Texas-Nana Thanks this.
