    I just spoke with a recruiter today who said I can start school monday if everything come backs ok on my app. What could mess me up gettin hired on and what should I expect. I actually worked for many years in Conley so I know exactly where the training facility is and I dont live far away

    well....i have a fairly decent criminal background...it was when i was 17 and i told them everything that happened. I sure hope it doesnt hinder me getting on. Job history is decent. 3 lay offs. all back to back. Ummm......one speeding ticket and one accident in the past few years. thats about it. and thanks for the welcome. :)

    It depend on how long ago ,but a lot of times if you are honest they seem to be more forgiveing.
