hey ya'll. I'm in G2 right now, been looking at this thread for awhile and thought I'd go ahead and join.
Everything had been going pretty good, until the past 1 1/2 weeks...things just seem to have come to a screeching halt. I've had a couple resets in a week, and have only gotten about 1k miles. Currently been empty for about 28 hours and just get told that things are slow and we're working on it.
Anyone else been slow this past week? I know the holiday can screw things up, but seriously...are there no loads. I'm down here in the southeast.

You will roll. Hang in there. Happens sometimes, not very often, but it does. You can check your phone listing and call the southeast region mgr. Let them know you are m t in their area and ready to roll. Also, in times like these, use the opportunity to do some laundry, get a shower, detail the inside of your truck, do a very thorough pre or post trip inspection...and the obvious..REST.

Should you not HAVE NOTICED the lake of ANTI FREEZE under the truck even if the FORMER driver had not mentioned it ? during the PREACCEPTANCE inspection of the truck as well as a PRE TRIP inspection.

BS factor of 100 on the TRUCK ran for a month so antifreeze did not leak ,

Sitting in Gary,In. tonight,a little bit chilly here, but not as bad as Sioux City was yesterday.Dropped my finish student at the Greyhound station in Davenport today, two weeks before he would have finished his training. He said something about he had to take a physical for his VA pension.Hopefully he gets it taken care of and gets back in a truck. He was a good driver, shame to waste all that work. All you guys i have posted before,i just changed my username so know one that doesnt need to recognize me,ca:biggrin_25524:N.Everybody stay safe, and try to stay warm.:biggrin_25526:

Now why would you feel the need to change your user name?

APU keeps me warm and toasty...

Everyone, drive to your ability, and do not push it... no load is worth a life.

He did notice the lake of antifreeze under the truck upon pre acceptance inspection...He so states, and pointed it out, and now it is being repaired...

a cold water leak would be servilely slowed if the truck was never shut off, and some drivers as the previous driver claimed never shut their truck off.
