There's more to being a Christian company...

Thanks for your posting. My hubby and I are scheduled to start orientation with Covenant on the 11th. I've been petrified because of all of the bad postings about the company. But I'm feeling better and better after reading posts from driver who actually work for them. Apparently, we're not going to starve because we chose them! WOOHOO!!

 

They do not practice Christian principles at all. They are unsafe company. They lip service safety, but only care you drive it anyway, unsafe or not and get it there when it is due. We had a couple killed with them, drove team about 1150 miles per day, fatigued drivers, he fell asleep and killed them both. Teams can not run like this and not be fatigued, but if you tell them you can't you want to be safe, you are punished with no miles at all. God is soon to punish them in his time, and that time is coming.

 

first off your wrong on alot you say we do have ez pass and dedicated means the same run over and over not there fault you cant trip plan correctly ive never heard any one say we are christian based your lack of understanding is silly of course you dont get paid if no trip pack just like every where else and advances are on your macro i do it all the time your just new and angry good luck finding that golden ticket

were does it say anywere we are covenant we are christian go to any company and there are good things being said and bad ive been here over 2 years and make around 1,000 aweek team and any problem is fixed in a timely manner all these newbees dont know anything yet

do you work for covenant because i do never recieved this mac on pretrip mac allso there is no bounty on fixed trailers do you work for covenant?????? ive never heard of a fine on anything i never send in a pre trip mac and never lost money because of it been here over 2 years never been rape by them only other driver that are to lazy to do there jobs and fix the broken parts when they find them oo the trainer company one more time do you work for covenant if not dont speak unless you no the truth
