I love that show. I live in a bit of an aviation center myself. The town is rife with bush pilots. The area north of me is all air access only or ice roads for a few month.

I really want to give the ice roads in yellowknife a shot next winter.

Keep the pictures and stories coming.

Thanks EOR..I know a few of the guys that run the "big" road every winter, they sure not happy this year I tell ya...

You probably know who Westcan is? Big bulk fuel carrier here, anyway they "merged" with RTL Robinson 2? years ago I think, well anyway the politics & bs has gotten pretty thick from what I hear, even the mines aren't too pleased...but have also heard that Ventures is looking for another 50 guys to run the ice this winter...

Max here is 244" and that's what it is. We just don't have the road system to support the travel trailers you guys call tractors down there! LOL

Me too sir. I'm a plane and airline geek too.

    WK,

Thats a DC-4 and the airline is buffalo airways. I would love to be able to jump seat on one of their flights.

They also took over Economy Carriers.

Al Scraba (ARS Welding) also needs drivers for his trucks that move the fuel for John Zagarlic at Nuna Logistics.
